If you are an experienced leader in industrial environments and would like to join a stable project with a long-standing track record of success, this is your opportunity. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Assign operators or teams to workstations. * Organize shifts and overtime schedules. * Train and develop staff. * Maintain a positive working environment. * Maintain good relations and coordination with subcontracted industrial partners. * Monitor and enforce compliance with occupational health and safety prevention measures. * Collaborate with Management and Client Administration in developing production plans based on order portfolios, inventory levels, ongoing manufacturing programs, and production cycles to optimize production capacity and quality. * Distribute tasks among operators and teams. * Supervise and control task execution (performance, quality, safety), resolve non-conformities and their root causes, and report significant issues—or those that cannot be resolved independently—to Management. * Monitor losses, waste, and auxiliary materials. * Complete and ensure completion of established process or product control records. * Support and enforce preventive maintenance plans. * Enforce workplace order and cleanliness. * Promptly request maintenance repairs, coordinating timing based on intervention urgency and production schedules. * Receive raw materials according to established procedures. * Request materials (raw and auxiliary) for section supply, either to replenish stock or meet forecasted demand. * Identify opportunities for process improvement. * Generate production reports and performance indicators. **What do we offer?** * A leading, well-established company with a long history in the industry. * A family-like yet highly dynamic environment with an intense work pace. * Professional stability and growth prospects. * Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for?** * Vocational training qualifications (CFGM/CFGS) in industrial fields (mechanics, automation, industrial design, etc.) * Technical skills: Solid knowledge in production planning and control, inventory management, process optimization, and continuous improvement. Familiarity with tools and methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other production management techniques. Good understanding of Spanish industrial regulations regarding occupational health, safety, and environmental standards. Ensuring compliance with these regulations and promoting a safe working environment is a key responsibility of the factory supervisor. Knowledge of quality management and quality assurance systems is essential to maintain high production quality standards. * Social skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. * Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish; English is a plus. * Must live nearby (Igualada or surrounding areas).
