We are looking for an Application Developer to join our team in Igualada. Your role will be pivotal in continuously improving our internal tools as part of the IT department. You will be responsible for ensuring that our IT solutions meet current needs and support the organization’s future strategy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining and optimizing existing applications, as well as developing new functionalities to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will work on interesting projects where you can apply and expand your technical expertise. We value proactive individuals who can identify opportunities for improvement and propose creative solutions while collaborating closely with other IT colleagues. This position offers a dynamic work environment with remote work options. We offer an initial temporary contract with potential for long-term consolidation. Professional training or higher education in computer science or related fields is required. A minimum of 2\-3 years of experience in software development and application maintenance is mandatory. Proficiency in C\# within the .NET environment—including hands-on experience with Visual Studio and WinForms application development—is essential. Experience with the DevExpress library is considered a strong asset. Solid SQL knowledge—preferably in Oracle environments—is highly desirable. Proactivity, personal initiative, teamwork capability, and excellent communication skills are expected.
