The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing demand, generating forecasts, planning procurement, and managing purchasing activities, coordinating closely with Production, Logistics, Sales, and Finance to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability while minimizing obsolescence and stockouts. Responsibilities: \- Analyze historical sales data, trends, and seasonality to develop demand forecasts. \- Review forecast deviations and propose action plans in collaboration with relevant departments. \- Participate in the S\&OP process, aligning demand, production capacity, and supply. \- Manage inventory policies (safety stock, turnover, coverage) to optimize availability and working capital. \- Plan replenishment and procurement according to lead times, minimum order quantities, lot sizes, and constraints. \- Identify and resolve supply issues: stockouts, shortages, discrepancies, and delays. \- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle: requisitions, supplier comparisons, purchase orders, delivery tracking, and issue resolution. \- Negotiate service levels, delivery terms, and costs with suppliers (as per position level). \- Prepare reports, KPIs, and presentations for various management levels. \- Drive process improvements, tool enhancements, and automation initiatives within planning/procurement. ### **Requirements** University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, or related field. Prior experience in Demand Planning, procurement, and/or purchasing (industrial or distribution environment). Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis. Experience with ERP systems (SAP or others is a plus). Professional-level English. Desirable qualifications: Experience with planning tools such as SAP IBP / APO\-DP. Knowledge of S\&OP and advanced inventory management. Experience in environments with numerous SKUs (high-volume) and international suppliers. Competencies: Analytical, data-driven profile. Strong organizational, prioritization, and autonomous working skills.
