Grupo Planeta is seeking a **Controller** to join our team. What will your day-to-day responsibilities be? * Collaboration and preparation of monthly closing reports. * Collaboration in and preparation of annual and monthly economic-financial budgets for assigned business units. * Monitoring forecasts and budgetary control. * Analysis of direct and indirect costs and profitability by Division. * Monitoring and preparation of treasury projections. * Collaboration in defining key KPIs for various business lines and coordinating their subsequent evolution. * Participation in Group-wide transformation projects related to operations processes and technology. * Development of effective dashboards and management reports. * Optimization of information systems for management purposes. * Interaction and coordination with various company departments (marketing, academic, commercial, etc.) regarding their daily economic management activities. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Statistics; a Master’s degree is valued. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in economic management control, consulting, auditing, or accounting departments; project participation and management experience is valued. * Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability are essential. * Advanced proficiency in office software and ERP systems; JDE is preferred; knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, AS/400, and other management tools such as Coupa is desirable. * Proactive, initiative-driven, organized, and planning-oriented individual with a results-driven mindset. * Ability to work effectively in teams and support executive leadership, along with strong customer orientation. * Knowledge of English, French, and Italian is an advantage. **We Offer** * Permanent employment contract: **Indefinite term**, full-time, back-office schedule. * Professional development opportunities through our internal training and talent development programs. * Exclusive discounts and promotions for employees (master’s degrees and postgraduate programs, publishing imprints, collectibles, Casa del Libro, etc.). * An attractive social benefits package via our flexible compensation plan, including transport card, meal card, childcare voucher, health insurance, etc. *At Grupo Planeta, we offer equal opportunities.
