**Description:** ---------------- Grupo Cant Facility Services requires a Supervisor Assistant for cleaning services in the Tarragona area. We are seeking a dynamic individual with experience managing teams who has previously worked in the cleaning sector as a cleaner. **Responsibilities:** * Perform duties as a **part-time supervisor of facilities and part-time cleaner covering temporary absences**. * Ensure optimal quality of services delivered and respond to client needs. * Supervise and evaluate staff performance, service quality, and anticipate potential service issues, making timely decisions. * Plan, organize, and schedule staff working hours in coordination with the Regional Manager. * Manage cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring their proper use. * Report daily incidents to both the company and clients. **We offer:** Indefinite-term contract Full-time schedule of 40 hours/week Opportunity to join a company with over 60 years of history Gross bonus of €150 per week when covering for the Regional Manager **Requirements:** --------------- **Valid Class B driving license is mandatory** **Flexible availability regarding working hours** **Candidate must reside in TARRAGONA or surrounding areas** Proactive, initiative-driven individual with analytical and problem-solving skills, and proven experience leading and managing teams Organized, methodical, and customer-oriented individual Individual with guidance capabilities Experience in various types of cleaning Strong communication skills (with clients and coworkers) Proficiency in IT tools (Outlook, Android, Microsoft Office, etc.)
