Grup Carles is collaborating with a company based in Igualada specializing in technical casting for industry and infrastructure, to incorporate a professional who will contribute to ensuring technical standards and developing quality and safety documentation.

**What will you do on a daily basis?**
* Manage and resolve internal nonconformities, customer complaints, and supplier nonconformities.
* Coordinate and track corrective actions using the 8D methodology and root cause analysis.
* Develop and update procedures, specifications, and quality documentation.
* Manage and control records and incidents within the integrated management system.
* Monitor quality indicators and analyze costs arising from incidents.
* Evaluate, monitor, and support suppliers and subcontractors.
* Conduct internal, process, and product audits.
* Collaborate on APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and control plans for new projects.
* Provide technical support during process validation, prototyping, and testing.
* Promote continuous improvement initiatives and incident prevention measures.

**Requirements:**

**What are we looking for in you?**
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent; quality management training is desirable.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills; frequent interaction with production team members and other organizational departments will be required.
* Proactive and dynamic personality; motivated to engage in projects and capable of contributing ideas proactively.
* Minimum 4 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in industrial environments.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001) standards.
* Familiarity with casting processes and common defects is desirable.
* Experience working with ERP systems and Excel is desirable.
* Advanced proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
* Geographic proximity to Igualada or surrounding areas is desirable.
