We have long been associated with many of the most significant advances in eye health, and we believe we are well positioned to continue leading the advancement of eye health in the future. **We are seeking a Glaucoma Specialist (based in Barcelona)** We seek a clinical profile focused on training, certification, and ongoing follow-up of surgeons and medical teams to ensure correct, consistent, and sustained clinical adoption of glaucoma technologies in everyday practice. The position operates in coordination with the Glaucoma Lead and in alignment with the commercial network, serving as the primary clinical reference for centers once training begins. The role requires autonomy in center management, planning capability, and commitment to clinical excellence. **Key Responsibilities** * Conducting product-related clinical sessions for customers, in coordination with the Glaucoma Lead and the commercial network. * Delivering clinical training, surgical demonstrations in the operating room, and managing the clinical certification process for ophthalmologists and surgical teams on glaucoma technologies, in compliance with established clinical standards. * In-depth knowledge and mastery of the company’s portfolio, ensuring appropriate use aligned with clinical practice. * Participation in congresses and educational activities. * Ongoing follow-up of certified centers and professionals, monitoring usage, surgeon autonomy, and clinical outcomes. * Identification of training reinforcement needs and adoption barriers, proposing action plans. * Provision of clinical analysis to support continuous improvement and evolution of centers, in collaboration with internal teams. * Planning and management of clinical and training activities at assigned centers. **Requirements** * Education in Optics and Optometry. * Experience in ophthalmic surgery environments, with exposure to the operating room (experience in glaucoma is desirable). * High and fluent level of English. * Full availability for travel is mandatory.
