Daily responsibilities will include driving customer service as a sales engine, identifying additional and cross-selling opportunities, and developing and implementing customer service strategies focused on retention and account growth. It is essential to analyze customer interactions and propose improvements that increase conversion and retention, ensure compliance with quality and service standards, provide support and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction, and coordinate with other teams to deliver comprehensive service. A university degree in related fields and experience in similar roles are required, along with leadership skills, team management, results orientation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
