We are currently seeking an **R&D Technician** to join our **Research and Development Department**. **Your mission** As an R&D Technician, you will become a member of our R&D Department, working closely with Quality, Sales, and Procurement: * Coordinate and carry out pilot manufacturing trials at the industrial plant, and propose formulations following instructions and meeting deadlines. * Manage industrial validation documentation: technical specifications, processes, labels, and nomenclatures. * Maintain a clean, organized laboratory and ensure material integrity. * Record and update recipes and parameters in the ERP system. **We are looking for someone who:** * Holds an FP II qualification or a university degree related to Research and Development or similar fields. * Is proficient in office software and technical document writing. * Can organize work effectively, prioritize tasks, and communicate results clearly. * Is capable of following instructions, synthesizing reports, and tracking samples. **What we offer** * The opportunity to join an innovative, growing team. * Involvement in high-impact R&D projects. * Integration into a solid, international company with over 25 years of experience in the food industry. * Continuous training. * Intensive Fridays.
