At Admon Talent, we are currently searching for an Industrial Electrical Engineer for a machinery manufacturer located in Vallès Oriental. RESPONSIBILITIES * Electrical design of new products and developments (design, prototyping, and validation). * Improvement of the electrical components of our current products. * Definition and validation of electrical installation criteria for our products by assembly personnel. * Leading and advising on resolution of complex electrical issues. * Definition of electrical quality control criteria for our products. * Fostering healthy relationships with suppliers to ensure component reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness, while capitalizing on market opportunities. * Technical or higher education degree in Electrical Engineering. * Proven experience working with EPLAN and AutoCAD. * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (industrial and/or machinery sectors). * Proficiency in Spanish and English (technical level). * Knowledge of Android app programming is considered a plus. * Familiarity with ERP systems and IT tools. * Real growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company and market leader in its sector. * Flexible split working hours from Monday to Thursday, and intensive Friday. * One day per week of remote work. * Attractive compensation package.
