**About the role** Production worker on a hygiene products manufacturing line, producing goods according to established specifications and standard operating procedures. The Converting Operator is responsible for operating assigned machines or equipment. Identify, report, and correct safety risks and risk management issues (conditions and behaviors). * Know and comply with quality and product safety standards and activities to ensure defined specifications are met and guarantee customer and consumer satisfaction. * *Operation, control, and supervision of assigned machine or equipment during regular production runs, in coordination with the rest of the team.* * Know, comply with, and execute operational standards for assigned equipment and areas *through standard operating procedures* (SOP, CIL, Centerlining, basic TPM autonomous maintenance tasks, format change activities). Maintain proper communication with team members as well as during shift handovers (previous and next shift). * **Requirements:** * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) or equivalent technical specialization * Technical capability for root cause analysis * Action-oriented * Customer focus * Functional / technical skills * Integrity and trust in peer relationships * Day-to-day learning * Problem solving * Self-awareness * Time management * Perseverance Shift work industrial environment experience valued. * **Additional Information** Rotating shift work system.
