Location: REUS If you enjoy working autonomously on the machine, interpreting drawings, preparing parts, and truly getting hands-on in the process… this position is worth reading. Here, we do not refer to repetitive production nor to being merely a loading/unloading operator. ### **Responsibilities:** * Programming and adjustment of CNC milling machines equipped with Heidenhain controls. * Tool preparation, workpiece clamping, and setup. * Machining of single parts and short production runs. * Interpretation of engineering drawings and dimensional inspection. * In-machine corrections and process optimization. * Coordination with the technical office and other production departments. ### **Requirements:** * Solid experience as a CNC Milling Machine Operator. * Autonomous operation of Heidenhain controls. * Ability to prepare, program, and correct directly at the machine. * Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and using measuring tools. * A serious, stable profile with a continuous improvement mindset. ### **What we offer:** * Integration into a serious, long-term industrial project. * Intensive morning shift from Monday to Friday (07:00–15:00). * Technical work, variety of parts, and genuine autonomy. * Negotiable salary within the range of €30\-36k If you are seeking a stable position, above-sector salary, and real potential to increase your income, this role may be a perfect fit for you.
