**About the Role** Safely operating a production line for hygiene products, manufacturing goods according to fixed specifications and standard operating procedures. As a member of the shift team, you are responsible for machine performance. The operator possesses the skills required to efficiently operate and sustain the equipment/process. If this is you, we’d love to meet you. **Key Responsibilities** * Work within Essity’s safety standards, meeting established expectations. * Regarding process skills/tasks: Operate the process and equipment efficiently. Capable of consistently applying the necessary standards to keep the process under control. * Regarding mechanical skills/tasks: Understand equipment operation and functionality—what it does and how it works—and be able to perform basic CIL (Clean-Inspect-Lubricate) and simple maintenance tasks. * Prepare raw materials (cores, film) and install them on the machine in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. * Participate in product changeovers, ensuring adherence to established procedures to minimize waste. * Maintain appropriate communication with the preceding and succeeding shifts, as well as with other personnel involved in machine operations. * Maintain optimal levels of order and cleanliness. * Ensure product quality by regularly verifying product specifications and rejecting or blocking non-conforming items when necessary. * Complete all required documentation and data records during production. **Who You Are** Technical vocational education Teamwork orientation Accustomed to working with standards within a continuous improvement framework Experience in industrial environments with continuous processes **What We Offer** Rotating shift work. 5th shift.
