We are currently seeking a trainee whose mission will be to support the Human Resources Department in managing and developing people-related processes, contributing to the smooth operation of the department while gaining practical experience across various HR functions. **What would your responsibilities be within the team?** * Collaborate in training management processes, including tracking training activities and managing associated information, with special focus on administrative requirements related to FUNDAE. * Learn recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including job posting and vacancy management. * Learn and support employee portal management, participating in profile updates, document review, calendar uploads, etc. * Cross-functional involvement in the Human Resources Department, acquiring a holistic understanding of its processes and operations. **Your Profile:** * Degree in Labor Relations and/or Master’s in HR, with eligibility for a training agreement. * Knowledge of labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements. * Interest in professional development within the Human Resources Department. * Strong communication and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technology expertise and passion for digital innovation. * Results- and metrics-oriented mindset. **Key Information** * Opportunity to join a well-established European company and work alongside an experienced team. * Curricular or extracurricular training agreement, minimum duration of 400 hours. * Part-time morning schedule or full-time schedule — between 25 and 40 hours per week (flexible to accommodate the trainee’s availability and needs).
