Job Summary: Serve and advise customers by providing appropriate solutions, supporting them in selecting the final product, and managing order documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Serve and advise customers based on commercial guidelines to offer suitable solutions and alternatives, ensuring adherence to agreed deadlines. • Support customers in selecting the final product version. • Provide information and resolve customer queries to ensure they have all necessary documentation and information to manage their requirements. • Prepare quotations and send customized pricing to customers. • Prepare, supervise, and control order documentation. • Monitor and supervise the arrival of materials and raw materials to provide necessary information to involved Neftis departments and communicate delivery timelines to customers. • Track planning to monitor customer delivery dates or communicate any changes. • Monitor payments to enter orders into the system and dispatch them. • Prepare and manage samples for shipment to customers. • Conduct follow-up and monitoring after order delivery to assess customer satisfaction. • Travel to trade fairs in various countries. • Identify potential customers within the assigned territory. * Minimum 2 years’ experience. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in the cosmetics sector is an advantage. * Higher Vocational Training Diploma (FP) in Commerce and Marketing. * English (Advanced spoken and written). * Catalan (Advanced spoken and written). * Spanish (Advanced spoken and written). * Competencies / Knowledge: Ability to work in a team, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. * Personal vehicle availability. * Willingness and ability to travel. * Driving license: Class B. * Permanent employment contract. * Full-time position. * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2000' to '2500'
