We are seeking a professional with experience in creating, training, and optimizing **artificial intelligence models**. The selected candidate will be responsible for **designing and implementing AI solutions** using cutting-edge tools, contributing to the development of innovative projects within our company. We need a candidate with experience in **training artificial intelligence models**, who possesses knowledge in: **Python** and/or **C\#** **Microsoft Agent Framework** or **Semantic Kernel** or **AutoGen** **Advanced English (C1) is required** **What will you do?** Design and refactor prompts for agents (planner, executor, critic, validator, etc.) * Optimize prompt performance (output quality, determinism, cost (tokens/latency)) * Define prompt contracts (expected inputs, output schema, failure rules) * Work with multi\-agent workflows (orchestration, hand\-offs, auto\-critique / self\-reflection) * Measure and improve (prompt drift, hallucinations, semantic inconsistencies) * Collaborate with backend / data / product teams to (integrate prompts into real pipelines, align outputs with business rules) **What can we offer you?** * Permanent contract: From day one, with the option of 12 or 14 annual payments. * Hybrid work model: Offices in Barcelona; initially requiring 2 days per week on-site, with reduced on-site presence over time. * Flexible working hours: Monday to Thursday flexibility between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM. Fridays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
