We seek a proven professional capable of assuming this responsibility and providing the necessary guarantees for project success, while enhancing your competencies and developing your career across a wide variety of challenging projects. **What Will Your Responsibilities Be?** * Supervise and coordinate various mechanical and electrical installation projects. * Manage and control equipment and facility installations, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. * Supervise piping installation, insulation work, and other related mechanical assembly tasks. * Track and verify P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams). * Maintain direct communication with clients and industrial stakeholders, ensuring proper technical and operational management. * Conduct site visits to supervise small-scale assemblies or support other supervisors on larger-scale projects. * Possibility of temporary residence at production plants or weekly travel depending on project requirements. **What Do We Offer?** * Vacation: 23 working days per year, plus 2 additional days per collective agreement (December 24 and 31). * Tailored training and development. * Flexible compensation: options include private health insurance, meal vouchers, transportation allowances, training subsidies, and childcare support. * Impactful projects: Participate in high-level technical challenges in sectors such as chemical and pharmaceutical, working directly on-site and developing your professional competencies. * **Requirements:** --------------- **What We Seek in You:** Minimum qualification: Higher Vocational Training Diploma in one of the following specialties: * Higher Technician in Industrial Mechatronics. * Higher Technician in Mechanical Maintenance. * Higher Technician in Electrical Maintenance. * Engineering Technical or Degree qualifications in industrial or electrical fields will also be considered. Minimum demonstrable experience of 10 years in similar roles, preferably in industrial project supervision, mechanical or electrical installation.
