In Sant Andreu de la Barca, Barcelona, we are looking for someone to fill a general HR support position. Your responsibilities will include contract administration and management, absenteeism tracking, and timekeeping. You will also handle other administrative tasks related to the workforce. Prior experience in a similar environment—such as accounting firms or companies with large teams—is required. It is important that you possess knowledge of labor management and stay up to date with relevant regulations. Proficiency with IT tools and attendance control systems is also valued, along with being organized and detail-oriented. This is a temporary replacement contract, full-time, with flexible working hours. The schedule runs Monday to Thursday, with flexible start times between 8:00 and 9:00, and end times between 17:00 and 18:00, including a 30-minute lunch break. On Fridays, working hours are from 8:00 to 15:00\.
