**Production Operators/Engines - Abrera** This position focuses on the assembly and fitting of components within an automotive manufacturing plant environment. Daily tasks include joining mechanical and electromechanical parts, following specific procedures to ensure product quality. Hand tools and equipment are handled, and preparatory tasks, component lubrication, and basic wiring connections are also performed. Orderliness and precision are essential in a dynamic production line, where each operator contributes to the continuous workflow. Activities take place in an industrial setting that prioritizes safety and adherence to operational protocols, and staff are responsible for transporting manufactured materials to designated areas. The contract is temporary, with a monthly duration and potential renewal up to a maximum of six months. Compensation is 16.23 euros gross per hour, with an additional 3.23 euros gross per hour for night shifts. Shifts are fixed and may be morning, afternoon, or night; availability to adapt to changes according to production needs is required. A minimum of two years’ experience in industrial production, assembly, or automotive roles is required. Practical experience using hand tools and assembly processes is necessary. The candidate must be able to strictly follow work instructions and quality procedures. A responsible, committed profile accustomed to working in demanding production environments is valued. Having one’s own vehicle for commuting to the workplace is mandatory.
