This is a strategic position where your experience will make a tangible difference in decision-making, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. **What will you do in this role?** As a **Contract Lifecycle Specialist**, you will be at the heart of our commercial organization, serving as the end-to-end subject matter expert and owner for contracts across their entire lifecycle—from creation through to renewal. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Pricing, and Corporate Accounts teams to ensure contracts are properly governed, executed accurately, and deliver expected financial outcomes. Beyond operational execution, you will bring analytical depth, structural discipline, and commercial insight—identifying improvement opportunities, preventing value leakage, and strengthening business performance. You will actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, implementing International CoE standards and delivering actionable insights to enhance future contracts. This is a hybrid role based in the Barcelona area. **What do you need to succeed?** Success in this role requires combining a commercial mindset with an analytical, structured, and proactive approach. * Several years’ experience in a similar contracts or commercial operations role, ideally within healthcare or medical technology * Strong SAP experience, with ability to connect contracts, financial data, and system outputs * Minimum intermediate level of English, with capability to work with documentation, reporting, and international stakeholders * Proven experience in reporting and data analysis, with proficiency in Excel and related tools * Commercial, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing diverse stakeholders **You.
