We are currently seeking a **Master Data & Process Manager**, who will be responsible for defining, implementing, and ensuring the proper functioning of processes and operations within the Honest Inventory System (HIS). This role serves as the central coordination point between Operations, Procurement, Recipes, and Development teams, ensuring standardization, continuous improvement, and adherence to workflows across the organization. This role must ensure **data reliability**, which directly impacts costs, productivity, and expansion, and must **guarantee** the **integrity** of **HIS data** as the **single source of truth** for **recipes, inventory, and costs**. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * **HIS Management & Governance:** * Design, document, and update system usage workflows and operational procedures. * Ensure all teams correctly apply established processes. * Review and approve menu changes, new items, and recipes before their inclusion in HIS. * **Cross-Departmental Coordination:** * Align working criteria across Operations, Procurement, Recipes, and Development teams. * Serve as the liaison between business and technology development to prioritize platform improvements. * Align HIS data with accounting, cost control, and reporting requirements. * **Continuous Improvement & Standardization:** * Identify opportunities to optimize processes and data flows. * Propose and prioritize new features and enhancements for the HIS platform. * Create and maintain best-practice manuals, training materials, and user guides. * **Control & Compliance:** * Monitor correct application of defined procedures and standards. * Detect and resolve system usage issues or operational deviations. * Generate compliance reports and KPI efficiency tracking reports. **What are we looking for?** * Experience in **process management** and **ERP/Inventory systems** within foodservice, retail, or supply chain. * Functional knowledge in at least two areas: **Operations, Procurement, Recipes, Accounting, or Development**. * Skills in process documentation and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). * Data analysis skills (e.g., QuickSight, Excel). * Ability to coordinate cross-functionally and exercise indirect leadership over teams. * Focus on quality, standardization, and process scalability. **What do we offer?** Attractive salary Free daily meals at our restaurants 50% discount at our restaurants Private healthcare coverage Up to 30% remote work flexibility A birthday day off Outstanding corporate events Internal growth opportunities An international, open-minded, and united team A highly dynamic environment full of challenges
