We are seeking a Site Manager for Installations to join our construction company. Central office located in Viladecans. A company vehicle is provided for site visits. #### **What We Offer:** * Employment with an established construction-sector company. * Diverse projects across Catalonia: installations, canopies, building construction, and other types of works. * Company vehicle for professional use. * Professional development opportunities and job stability. * Competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience. * Integration into multidisciplinary teams and dynamic work environments. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Technical management and coordination of installation and construction projects in Catalonia. * Organization and planning of on-site resources, teams, and subcontractors. * Monitoring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budget. * Supervision of installation assembly and execution of canopies and other elements. * Coordination of on-site health and safety and compliance with current regulations. * Communication with technical offices, clients, and suppliers. * Preparation of site reports, documentation, and progress tracking. #### **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager or in project coordination, preferably in installations and construction. * Demonstrable experience in installation projects, canopy construction, and diverse building typologies. * Willingness to travel throughout Catalonia (company vehicle provided). * Team and subcontractor management capability; initiative and autonomy in decision-making. * Proficiency in office software; knowledge of AutoCAD or other technical applications is advantageous. * Valid Class B driving license. #### **Terms and Selection Process:** * Direct employment contract with the company. * Remuneration based on qualifications and experience. * On-site working hours with mobility required for sites across Catalonia. * Immediate start or as per availability.
