Job Summary: We are seeking a specialized Technical Engineer for Tendering to analyze technical and administrative tender documents, prepare documentation, and optimize economic aspects. Ability to work under pressure, both in teams and individually We are seeking a Technical Engineer specializing in tendering, to work in Vilanova i la Geltrú. A degree in Civil Engineering (Public Works), Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or equivalent is required. Knowledge or experience in the studies department and tendering processes is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, TCQ, PRESTO, AutoCAD, and BIM is required. Ability to work under pressure, both individually and in teams; versatile profile. Working hours: Flexible within the 7:30–19:30 time slot (30% teleworking). Familiarity with SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and 3D infographic development is desirable. Analysis of technical and administrative tender documents; project documentation: Preparation and drafting of required tender documentation. Budgets, measurements, and breakdown of items. Cost analysis, margin control, and economic optimization. Evaluation of technical and economic optimization of projects: Proposal of technical solutions. Monitoring, control, and archiving. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in the studies and/or tendering department. * Diploma or Technical Engineering degree * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Catalan (spoken intermediate, written intermediate) * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 2285 * Additional information: Flexible working hours from 7\.30 a.m. to 7\.30 p.m. (30% teleworking)
