Job Summary: We are seeking operators for the manufacturing and quality control of electrical equipment, maintaining workplace order and proposing process improvements. Key Points: 1. Appreciation of proactivity and teamwork We are looking for operators to work at an electrical equipment company located in Llerona, Les Franqueses del Vallès. Main responsibilities include manufacturing and tracking work orders, as well as performing quality checks to ensure products meet standards. It will be necessary to maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation, reporting any incidents or proposing process improvements. Support in inventory tasks may also be required. A temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of becoming indefinite after an initial period. Working hours will be intensive, in the afternoon shift, and availability for overtime and working some Saturdays will be valued. We seek an organized individual with attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and proactivity. The salary is €14.79/hour gross. **For the Crimping Area:** * Manual dexterity. * Knowledge of the wiring sector. * Ability to interpret manufacturing sheets. **For the Cutting / Assembly Area:** * Reading and interpretation of drawings and cutting sheets. * Machine setup. * Knowledge of the wiring sector. * Experience operating cutting machinery. **EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING (valuable but not mandatory):** Previous experience in an industrial environment or in wiring manufacturing.
