We are currently seeking to hire a Metal Structure Assembler to work on key projects, such as the expansion of the Palma de Mallorca Wastewater Treatment Plant. If you are looking for a stable project and enjoy dynamic on-site work, we want you on our team! **What we offer** * **Stability and security**: Indefinite-term, full-time contract to help you consolidate your professional future with us. * **Financial conditions**: Attractive remuneration package of approximately €1,400 net per month, plus travel incentives for assignments outside the workshop, enabling you to earn up to €1,800 net per month in total. * **Work-life balance and rest**: Monday-to-Friday schedule with an intensive Friday shift, guaranteeing your weekends free for rest and work-life balance. * **Comprehensive equipment**: We provide all necessary uniforms to ensure your comfort and safety while performing your duties. **Responsibilities** * You will perform on-site assembly of railings, stairs, and grating made of FRP (fiberglass), carrying out cutting and assembly tasks using fasteners. * You will ensure correct installation of structures at municipal wastewater treatment plants, working without resins and strictly following technical drawings. * You will travel regularly across mainland Spain and the islands to carry out assigned assembly tasks during the workweek. * You will uphold the highest quality and safety standards on every site, collaborating closely with the field team. **Requirements** * **Geographic availability**: Full flexibility and 100% availability to travel nationwide and to the islands from Monday to Friday (Mandatory). * **Experience**: Demonstrable prior experience in metal structure assembly, industrial locksmithing, or metal carpentry on construction sites. * **Technical training**: Completion of the 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course for the construction sector (metal/structures branch) is considered a strong advantage. * **Skills**: Physical stamina, manual dexterity with hand tools, and attention to detail.
