Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced grill cook for an Argentine gastronomy business in Spain, responsible for preparing meats on wood-fired grills using traditional techniques. We are a business specializing in Argentine gastronomy, focused on preparing Argentine wood-fired grilled meats, offering an authentic and high-quality dining experience in Spain. We use traditional grilling techniques. Main Responsibilities: \* Preparation and ignition of the wood-fired grill and charcoal. \* Temperature control and fire management during service. \* Cooking meats to specified doneness levels and quality standards. \* Preparation and organization of meat cuts. \* Maintenance of cleanliness and order in the grill area. \* Coordination with kitchen and front-of-house to ensure fast and efficient service. \* Stock control and product preservation. Requirements: \* Prior experience as a grill cook or asador. \* Knowledge of meat cuts and charcoal-grilling techniques. \* Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. \* Responsibility, punctuality, and a positive attitude. \* Prior experience in Argentine gastronomy is a plus.
