Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, you will be responsible for executing payroll administration processes, complying with legal regulations and established procedures.* ***JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*** *Manage the correct implementation of the entire hiring process, contract terminations, internal transfers, and any related payroll administration procedures (registrations, cancellations, modifications).* *Manage and control the full payroll process for the corresponding business units (final settlements, modifications, retirements, monthly closing, etc.).* *Provide support in interpreting and applying basic collective bargaining agreement clauses.* *Manage ERTE (Temporary Employment Regulation File) procedures.* *Interact with official agencies (Labor Inspectors and Social Security, National Institute of Social Security - INSS).* *Ensure appropriate support to Business Payroll Administration teams, clarification of labor-related queries, training, and updates on regulatory changes, among others.* *Comply with Labor Inspection requirements.* *Collaborate with colleagues on the development and implementation of cross-departmental projects.* ***REQUIREMENTS*** ***Skills:*** *Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse and heterogeneous teams.* *Attention to detail and commitment to excellence in task execution.* *Proactive approach.* ***Knowledge:*** *University degree in Labor Relations, Social Graduate, and/or Labor Sciences.* *Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation, types of employment contracts, contribution regulations, and Social Security rules.* *Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role within medium- to large-sized organizations.* *SAP and SuccessFactors knowledge is desirable.* *Proficiency in OFFICE tools, ***preferably Excel.*** **At Meliá, everyone is VIP** *At Meliá Hotels International, we champion ***equal opportunities*** ***between women and men*** *in the workplace, backed by management commitment and HR policies.
