Proficiency in sector-specific software and advanced Excel skills. **27 Project** is selecting an administrative assistant with experience in the **construction sector:** \- Bank reconciliation and billing (certifications) \- Document management: PPE, occupational health and safety documentation. \- Use of proprietary sector-specific software. \- Order management and tracking. **Minimum Requirements:** \- Academic qualification: Higher Vocational Training (FP) degree, undergraduate degree or diploma. \- Experience in an administrative role with billing responsibilities. \- Office suite proficiency, advanced Excel skills, and basic Access knowledge. \- Languages: Intermediate English. **Job Characteristics:** \- Continuous working hours from 8:00 to 16:00.
