Immerse yourself in a journey that will take you to work in various countries and become part of our extensive global family. **Discover some of the benefits we offer:** * **My MeliáRewards:** Participate in our exclusive loyalty program, enjoying unique benefits and advantages. * **My MeliáBenefits:** Take advantage of flexible compensation and exclusive discounts on a wide variety of products and services, promoting an active and healthy lifestyle. **Position Purpose:** Accurately and efficiently manage social security contributions, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance as well as the correct application of internal policies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Calculate, submit and consolidate monthly social security contributions according to current labor legislation and internal policies. * Calculate and submit monthly payroll-related payments to the General Treasury of the Social Security. * Coordinate with payroll, affiliation and hiring departments to ensure consistency of information submitted to public administration. * Resolve queries from PA Hotels managers related to contribution matters, temporary disability processes, maternity/paternity leaves and ERTEs (Temporary Employment Regulation Procedures). * Generate annual reports on contribution results by consolidation group. * Handle and process requests, notifications and inspections regarding contributions. * Manage refunds and claims from the General Treasury of the Social Security. * Receive, manage and coordinate daily ongoing Temporary Disability procedures, including communication of financial data to Social Security. * Communicate to SEPE (Public Employment Service) company sick leave batches and contract suspensions, as well as periods of inactivity. * Notify the Labor Inspectorate and Social Security about inclusion or removal from ERTE procedures. * Operate systems such as RED, SILTRA, Redsara and other digital platforms of the Social Security. **Position Requirements:** **Education:** * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration, HR or similar. * Specific training in payroll management or labor legislation will be valued. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in similar roles within personnel administration departments. **Technical Skills:** * Advanced knowledge of payroll management tools (SAP, Meta4, A3, etc.). * Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and social security regulations applicable to payroll. * Advanced level in Excel. **Competencies:** * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Confidentiality and professional ethics. * Organizational and time management skills. * Internal customer orientation. * Teamwork. **At Meliá, we are all VIP** *At Meliá Hotels International, we promote equal opportunities between women and men in the workplace, with management commitment and adherence to Human Resources policy principles.
