We are seeking an organized, solution-oriented person with a global vision to join our new office of Fundación Secretariado Gitano in Palma. Your mission will be to support the Territorial Management in the technical and organizational coordination of programs, facilitating the team’s work and contributing to the coordinated, high-quality implementation of activities at the office while complying with requirements set by funding entities. **Main Responsibilities:** * You will facilitate planning for the activities of various programs, supporting the team in developing and monitoring the annual programming and ensuring an overall view of the office’s activities. * You will accompany the team in program implementation, providing technical support, resolving queries, and facilitating compliance with procedures established by the Foundation and funding entities—particularly the European Social Fund and public administrations. * You will monitor indicators, records, and management tools, supporting the team in ensuring data quality and continuous improvement of programs, as well as periodic reporting to Central Services. * You will prepare reports, summaries, and technical documentation, participating in the formulation, monitoring, and technical and financial justification of projects and grants in coordination with Territorial Management. * You will manage the office’s administrative documentation and collaborate on financial management, supplier relations, cash handling, HR administrative processes, and other internal organizational tasks. * You will ensure compliance with the Foundation’s internal procedures and applicable regulations in areas such as occupational risk prevention, quality, data protection, and other management systems. * You will ensure operational coordination among programs, anticipating possible incidents and organizing the use of spaces, resources, and schedules to avoid duplication and support smooth office operations. * You will closely collaborate with Territorial Management in planning, organizing, and implementing office activities, providing technical and managerial support to facilitate decision-making and program monitoring. * You may represent the Foundation—delegated by Territorial Management—in meetings, working groups, or institutional coordination forums when necessary. * You will participate in organizing workshops, campaigns, community activities, and other cross-cutting initiatives of the Foundation, actively collaborating with the entire team. **We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. * Flexible start and end times. * Possibility to combine continuous and split shifts, supporting work-life balance. * Possibility of intensive summer schedule. * 23 working days of vacation and 6 personal days. * Continuous training and access to the Foundation’s Training Campus. * Professional development through an internal evaluation and growth system. * Integration into a multidisciplinary, committed team with a positive working atmosphere. * Initial gross annual salary of 28\.352€.
