As **Deputy Maintenance Manager**, your mission will be to provide direct support to the Maintenance Manager, ensuring all facilities remain in optimal condition and daily operations run efficiently, safely, and sustainably. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Execute and supervise daily operational maintenance—both preventive and corrective—resolving technical issues promptly and discreetly. * Provide technical support across all hotel areas: carpentry, plumbing, electricity, and HVAC. * Support the Maintenance Manager in planning, monitoring, and executing assigned tasks, including periodic maintenance. * Monitor the status of hotel assets, collaborating on maintenance plans and proposing corrective actions. * Control responsible use of materials and report replenishment needs. * Coordinate and supervise contracted service providers, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions. * Apply sustainability and energy-saving practices, aligning maintenance activities with the hotel’s circular model. * Ensure compliance with hotel regulations, occupational health and safety (PRL), legionella control, and swimming pool maintenance—identifying risks and reporting relevant incidents. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in all technical areas—including workshops and waste rooms. * Carry out other department-related tasks as required by the Maintenance Manager, based on operational needs. * Promote sustainability through energy efficiency, responsible material and waste management. **Who are we looking for?** * Vocational training at intermediate or advanced level in electricity, HVAC, general maintenance, or related technical fields. * 3–5 years’ experience in hotel maintenance (ideally as a technician or Deputy Maintenance Manager). * Solid knowledge of occupational risk prevention, sustainable practices, and legionella control. * Languages: Spanish and basic/intermediate English. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). * We seek a proactive, team-oriented individual with customer focus, problem-solving ability, and planning skills. **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to grow with an ambitious, distinctive project from its inception—in a dynamic environment where ideas matter and learning is continuous. * Job stability, starting with a fixed-term intermittent contract, with the intention of integrating you into the Terreno family on a permanent basis over time. * Continuous training and genuine opportunities for professional development, supporting your growth within the project. * The chance to join a team that cherishes detail, craftsmanship, and high-quality execution—with a strong sense of belonging. * A flexible compensation plan tailored to you: private healthcare, childcare support, and special-condition training. * Exclusive benefits and discounts for employees—because Terreno is also enjoyed from within. * Bicycle and e-scooter parking, promoting more comfortable and sustainable mobility.
