We are part of **VULCAIN ENGINEERING**, an international French engineering group with a multisectoral approach, operating across key infrastructure and energy domains. We are currently seeking an **Electrical Technical Expert**, to join our team based at our **Palma de Mallorca** office. ##### **What will be your responsibilities?** * Conduct on-site inspections for data collection. * Analyze collected data and present reasoned conclusions. * Assess the condition of buildings or installations, identifying damages, pathologies, their causes, and related liabilities. * Review compliance with applicable regulations. * Evaluate buildings or installations applying depreciation factors. * Estimate repair costs based on market prices. * Draft preliminary and expert reports. * Defend expert reports before third parties or in court proceedings; respond to judicial requests. * Review expert opinions issued by other experts. **What are we looking for?** * Mandatory qualification in Electrical Engineering (with authority to sign official documents). * Minimum two years’ experience conducting technical expert assessments is highly desirable. * Specialized training from Official Colleges, Master’s programs in specialization, Judicial Schools courses, etc., is considered an asset. * Knowledge or experience in any of the following sectors will be valued: insurance companies, certification firms, engineering consultancies, or independent professional practice. ##### **Discover our benefits!** * Permanent employment contract. * Professional development and career planning. * Flexible working hours. * Intensive work schedule every Friday throughout the year. **We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to this outstanding team!**
