




Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance professional for a hotel, responsible for implementing the preventive maintenance plan, coordinating external services, and managing documentation and inventory. Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and masonry is a plus This position is for a maintenance technician at a hotel located in the Illetas area. Main responsibilities include executing the annual preventive maintenance plan for all facilities, as well as ensuring that external companies carry out general maintenance: gardening, HVAC systems, boilers, and elevators. The role also involves managing documentation, records, service reports, and tracking incoming and outgoing items. Other routine tasks include monitoring tool and spare parts inventory, as well as duties inherent to the position. The contract is full-time, with 40 weekly hours scheduled from Monday to Sunday. The shift is afternoon-based, from 13:00 to 21:00, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within the hospitality sector. * We seek a versatile, solution-oriented, and responsible individual. * Residency near the workplace is desirable. . * Swimming pool maintenance and Legionella system maintenance. \- A degree in Engineering or related technical training is a plus; as well as general knowledge of electricity, plumbing, masonry, etc.
