Typically Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 17:00 **FUNCTIONS** Deliver the corresponding general modules: * Communication domain. * Social domain. * Scientific and technological domain. * English * Occupational Risk Prevention. * Tutoring. * Prepare the teaching syllabus for the modules: learning outcomes, content, activities, methodology, assessment criteria, and qualification instruments. * Prepare and adapt materials and activities to different levels, learning paces, and students’ needs. * Conduct initial, continuous, and final student assessment; grade modules; and maintain written records of results. * Monitor students individually, regarding both learning progress and attendance, motivation, habits, and attitudinal competencies. * Motivate and support young people throughout their training process. * Perform tutoring functions: academic and vocational guidance; development of self-esteem, autonomy, and social skills; conflict prevention and management; individual and group follow-up. * Communicate with families or legal representatives when students are minors. * Coordinate with the teaching team, especially with the teacher of professional modules, to ensure that general module content relates to the PQI professional qualification. * Collaborate on the program’s final report and on the corresponding academic and administrative documentation. ***Required accreditation:*** * Hold one of the following qualifications: Primary Education Teaching Degree, Primary Education Bachelor’s Degree, Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Pedagogy, Psychology or Psychopedagogy, or University Bachelor’s Degree, Licentiate Degree or equivalent qualification plus the Master’s Degree in Teacher Training or the former CAP (Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude) * Catalan C1 certification and the certificate of competence for teaching in Catalan * English B2 level ***Professional competencies:*** * Sense of belonging * People orientation * Teamwork * Communication ***Required knowledge:*** * Ability to manage educational programs (planning and delivery) and monitor and assess students * Experience working with young people in vulnerable situations ***Job site requirements:*** * Class B driving license * Personal vehicle ***Other desirable attributes:*** * Teaching experience * Experience working with young people
