The selected candidate will assist in preparing fine dining dishes, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene. Main responsibilities: Preparation and production of dishes according to hotel standards. Collaboration in designing and executing menus and gastronomic suggestions. Stock control and order management together with the head chef. Strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP). Coordination with the rest of the team to ensure efficient service. Bring creativity, initiative, and commitment to continuous improvement. ### **Requirements** Requirements: Culinary training (Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle, or equivalent). Minimum 3 years of experience in 5-star hotels and/or gourmet restaurants. Knowledge of international and traditional cuisine. Teamwork ability, proactivity, and attention to detail. Availability and flexibility in working hours.
