Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible maintenance technician to perform corrective and preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring safety and continuous improvement in Canovelles. Full-time position with rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night. We are looking for a person to carry out maintenance tasks at a company located in Canovelles. Main responsibilities include compliance with safety measures, such as specific training, use of PPE, and risk identification. The position involves both corrective maintenance—repairing faulty equipment—and preventive maintenance—replacing wear parts on a scheduled basis to avoid unexpected downtime. The role also includes mold changes on molding machines and training other staff in this process. Additionally, the candidate must document all maintenance actions in the computerized system, request necessary spare parts, and participate in spare parts and fixed asset inventories. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area, as well as collaborating on continuous improvement of maintenance and production processes, is essential. The working schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night. * Minimum experience required for the position. * We seek a proactive and responsible individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * Training in machine operation and safety measures. * Knowledge of electricity and mechanics. * Knowledge of pneumatics, welding, lathes, milling machines, and electromechanics. * Proficient spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. \- English proficiency is desirable. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO). \- Training according to the General Collective Agreement for the Chemical Industry. \- GM/GS qualifications related to the vacancy.
