At this time, as a recruitment consultancy, we are seeking for our client a: **PRODUCT MANAGER – Gaming, Leisure, or Entertainment Sector.** **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Lead the research, development, updating, and launch of products**, ensuring quality and efficiency. * **Research market trends and opportunities**, identifying improvements and new niches. * **Coordinate the full product lifecycle**: procurement, testing, installation, and monitoring. * Negotiate commercial and technical terms with suppliers, managing orders and renewals. * Analyze machine performance and profitability per location, proposing improvements. * Collaborate with the documentation department to ensure proper processing of each machine. * Organize trials of new machines and lead their market rollout. * Propose relocations or acquisitions based on data and operational feedback. * Maintain active monitoring of emerging technologies and games that add value to the business. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, Marketing, or related field. * **Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager or in similar roles within the gaming, leisure, or entertainment sector.** * Technical knowledge of the arcade and slot machine sector, applicable legislation across different Autonomous Communities, management software, and work protocols. * Advanced proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Word). * Ability to combine strategic vision with technical execution. * **Excellent communication and presentation skills.** * Results-oriented mindset and data-driven decision-making. * Valid type B driving license and geographical availability. **What does the company offer?** * Join a leading company currently undergoing rapid expansion. * Permanent contract and full-time working hours. * Salary: €25,000 – €30,000 gross per annum. * Continuous training and professional development plan. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Involvement in innovation and expansion projects with direct impact. * Health insurance and company vehicle. **Reclut, we are** a boutique recruitment and executive search consultancy.
