As a Technical Support Agent, you will: * **Customer support**: This role involves communicating effectively with users to understand and resolve their issues or questions related to labor management software. * **Resolution of advisors’ queries**: You will be expected to assist labor advisors with specific inquiries, providing accurate information and guidance on labor-related matters. * **Incident and error reporting**: It is essential to document and report issues to improve labor management software.
