We are currently seeking an Accounting Administrative Assistant to join our Administration and Collections Management team, located at our headquarters in Llucmajor. In accordance with guidelines set by the Accounting Manager, your main responsibility will be to support the department by carrying out the following tasks: * Prepare monthly closing reports. * Analyze expense variances to monitor revenues and costs. * Manage accounting accounts in SAP. * Collect outstanding customer balances. **Requirements:** --------------- * Academic background related to the position (Degree in Business Administration, Economics, and/or Higher Vocational Training in Accounting Administration). * **Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role**. * **Proficiency in Microsoft Office**, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. * **Intermediate to upper level of English**. * Knowledge of SAP system is highly valued. * Having a disability certificate of 33% or higher is considered an advantage.
