We are seeking to hire a Multipurpose Room Instructor who is passionate about safe, high-quality training and will be responsible for leading personal training sessions, group classes, and supporting physical reconditioning. - Lead personal training sessions (fitness, performance, and health). - Conduct group training sessions in the multipurpose room. - Support the physical reconditioning department. - Design safe, effective, and user-level–appropriate training sessions. - Guide and correct exercise technique. If you also hold qualifications as a Manual Therapist (Massage Therapist): - Apply basic manual therapy techniques for muscular well-being. - Support complementary treatments alongside physiotherapy. - Assist in physical recovery and muscular recovery processes. * Minimum 1 year of experience. At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in one or more of the following areas: - Personal training. - Group training (strength, conditioning, functional training, HIIT). - Support roles in fitness or multipurpose rooms. - Led classes at sports centers, boutique studios, or training boxes. Important: Extensive experience is not required; however, candidates must have direct hands-on experience working with clients and be capable of managing both small groups and individual sessions. If you possess dual qualifications including Manual Therapy, the same principle applies—but related to deep and superficial massage, and basic manual techniques. * HIGHER VOCATIONAL TRAINING (FP) QUALIFICATION * COMPETENCIES / KNOWLEDGE: Essential practical competencies. Candidates must demonstrate: - Basic knowledge of exercise techniques, progressions, and variations. - Ability to correct posture and movement execution. - Safe application of strength training across all client profiles. - Ability to adapt sessions to different ages, fitness levels, and mild pathologies. - Organizational skills and responsibility when planning sessions or circuits.
