Lear Corporation’s plant in Valladolid, Spain, develops advanced automation solutions for manufacturing, including customized robotics and AI\-based systems. **Role Overview:** Responsible for programming and commissioning PLCs and industrial robots for automated machinery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, program, and commission PLCs (mainly Siemens) and HMIs. * Program and integrate industrial robots (ABB, Kuka, Fanuc, Yaskawa). * Configure and troubleshoot industrial systems (networks, servo systems, marking equipment). * Interpret and manage electrical and pneumatic diagrams. * Test, validate, and commission machines at the client’s site. * Provide support for program maintenance and troubleshooting. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience (new graduates considered). * Experience with PLC programming, robotics, and industrial automation. * Proficiency in Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal, and robot programming (KUKA, ABB, FANUC). * Good English skills (spoken and written). **Key Competencies:** * Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills. * Proactive and results\-driven mindset. * Ability to adapt to change and work collaboratively. * Customer\-focused with a service\-oriented approach.
