DESCRIPTION **IT CONSULTING FIRM**, specialized in the **IT sector**, is seeking an **AI AGENT DEVELOPER** for its headquarters located in **VALLADOLID**. We are looking for a candidate with a solid background in **backend development**, especially with **PHP**, the primary language used by our team, and knowledge of **Java**. The selected candidate will participate in **projects aimed at integrating AI agents into applications, platforms, and business processes**. **OFFERED:** * **FLEXIBLE** working hours. * **INDEFINITE-TERM** contract. * **HYBRID** work model (6 remote-working days per month). * Integration into a stable technological project. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design, develop, and deploy **artificial intelligence agents**. * Build solutions focused on task and process automation using **generative AI**. * Integrate large language models —**LLMs** (Large Language Models)— with applications, databases, **APIs**, and internal or external services. * Develop and maintain backend applications and services, primarily in PHP. * Participate in developments, integrations, or services implemented in Java. * Design **AI agent workflows**, including context management, memory, tools, instructions, and operational rules. * **Create and maintain APIs** enabling communication between agents and various enterprise systems. * Develop information retrieval and querying solutions using techniques such as RAG. * Participate in designing scalable, secure, and easily maintainable architectures. * Conduct testing and evaluation of agent performance, identifying errors, inappropriate responses, and improvement opportunities. * Monitor the performance and reliability of deployed solutions. * Document developments, integrations, and technical decisions. * Collaborate with other technical profiles as well as product and business teams. REQUIREMENTS * Higher Vocational Training (**Grado Superior**) in **Computer Science and Communications**, and/or a **university degree**. * Practical experience or knowledge in the **development** and integration of **artificial intelligence agents**. * Knowledge of large language models —**LLMs**—, as these constitute the typical foundation upon which such agents operate. * **Experience working with APIs** and integrating diverse applications or services. * Experience in **software development**. * Solid knowledge of **PHP**, as it is the company’s primary programming language. * Knowledge of **Java**. * Knowledge of **databases**. * Ability to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Ability to comprehend technical documentation in English. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Residence in **Valladolid** or nearby areas and/or willingness to relocate. **Do you meet the required qualifications?** **Apply now!**
