JOB DESCRIPTION An international industrial company is looking to hire a **Procurement Manager** who will play a decisive role in ensuring supply chain continuity and optimizing material, supplier, and cost management within a dynamic and collaborative environment. #### **Purpose of the Position:** Ensure the supply of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and other necessary materials to support production and meet customer delivery deadlines. Manage procurement from perspectives of quality, efficiency, and economic control, working closely with Production, Warehouse, and Operations. #### **Main Responsibilities** * End-to-end supplier management: quality, compliance, agreed terms. * Coordination with Quality Control to inspect incoming materials. * Management of raw material and semi-finished goods inventories. * Monitoring of critical purchases to prevent stockouts. * Updating of bill-of-materials, consumption records, and internal orders. * Ensuring correct usage and recording of all activities in **ERP Microsoft Business Central**. * Management of external handlers and suppliers: orders, pricing, and stock levels. * Executing purchase orders based on customer demand. * Negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers. * Maintaining up-to-date pricing information in established systems. * Proactively searching for new suppliers and materials in coordination with R\+D\+i. * Ensuring compliance with ISO standards. * Actively collaborating with other departments (Marketing, R\+D\+i, Customer Service) #### **Skills and Competencies** * Analytical ability, foresight, and control capability. * Communication skills in Spanish and English. * Task organization and prioritization. * Integrity, professional ethics, and commitment to company values. * Understanding of the industrial value chain. * Strict adherence to ISO standards. #### **Key Internal and External Stakeholders** * Operations Management, Production Managers, and Warehouse Manager. * Sales and Administration Managers. * Suppliers of raw materials, packaging, services, and external handlers. #### **What They Offer:** * Permanent contract with an established company * Working hours: Mon–Thu 8:30–17:15; Fri 8:00–15:00 Salary range: 26–29 SBA + variable pay: 2–3K. * REQUIREMENTS * Minimum **3 years of experience** in similar industrial procurement roles. * Intermediate-level qualification (Vocational Training or equivalent) in Administration or related fields. * Commercial English proficiency. * Basic technical knowledge of technical materials. * Advanced proficiency in **ERP Business Central** and office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word).
