Do you have experience in administrative management of vehicle sales? We are looking for a Vehicle Sales Administrator for our branch in Valladolid, with experience in administration and eager to continue growing within the sector. **Your New Role** ------------ Your Responsibilities: * Customer service at the branch, as well as resolving any issues related to vehicle sales. * Preparing vehicle sales contracts and verifying customer-provided documentation (traffic reports, circulation reports, ITV inspections, among others). * Managing vehicle documentation, including digitization and resolving related issues. * Payment management and tracking. * Organizing and providing logistical support for vehicle removals from the branch. **Your Skills** ------------------- * Training in administration and finance or similar fields is desirable. * Knowledge of vehicle documentation. * Strong communication skills. * Organized and meticulous individual. * Class B driver's license and own vehicle recommended. **Our Offer** ------------------ We offer: * Permanent contract. * Weekly rotating schedule: Monday to Friday, mornings/afternoons: mornings from 9:00 to 16:00 h and afternoons from 14:00 to 21:00 h. 3 Saturdays/month from 8:30 h to 13:30 h. * Work location: Valladolid. * Flexible compensation \+ company benefits.
