Forklift Operator

Company
Description
Key operations in a Masalavés warehouse require a person to perform receiving, sorting, and precise placement of goods, ensuring that each product is stored in its designated location. Operating front-end forklifts and stackers is essential for safely moving cargo, along with order picking according to shipping lists and loading/unloading vehicles. Maintaining a high standard of order and cleanliness across all areas is essential to ensure safety and efficiency. Inventory control is critical: recording incoming and outgoing stock, conducting periodic stock counts, and using PDA devices to update systems in real time. Attention to detail helps prevent errors and optimize material flow in a dynamic environment with variable workloads. Work takes place in an industrial warehouse with regular physical activity; the company provides personal protective equipment, such as safety footwear and reflective vests. Working hours consist of fixed shifts—morning or afternoon—with full-time employment in Masalavés (Valencia). Employment conditions are governed by the sector’s collective bargaining agreement, including paid breaks and holidays. Prior verifiable warehouse experience is required, including safe operation of forklifts and stackers. Adequate physical capability is essential to perform repetitive tasks involving loading, unloading, and moving goods. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail to manage inventories and prepare orders accurately. Experience using PDA devices or digital warehouse management systems for stock tracking is desirable. The ability to work effectively in a team—maintaining clear communication—and to operate efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment are fundamental qualities for this position.
