Description

We are seeking an experienced baker to join our team in Alzira, Valencia. The selected candidate will be responsible for the daily production of artisanal bakery products, overseeing and participating in every stage of the production process—from ingredient mixing to final baking. Special emphasis is placed on proficiency in traditional techniques and quality control. A permanent contract is offered, classified under the professional category of assistants, auxiliaries, and specialists. The role entails responsibility for dough preparation, fermentations, and finishing touches, ensuring an excellent final product for our customers. We seek a candidate with a proven track record in the trade who can bring dedication and craftsmanship to our bakery workshop. Immediate start and availability to work during artisanal production hours are required. **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months
