Integration of solutions with CAD and BIM, application of AI techniques **Description:** ---------------- An architecture firm located in Las Arenas (Getxo), specializing in building construction, renovations and rehabilitation, urban planning, and architectural competitions, is seeking an Architect with at least 3 years of experience. We are looking for an experienced Architect capable of leading projects and contributing technical and creative insight. **Responsibilities:** * Lead building construction, renovation, and rehabilitation projects from feasibility to execution. * Construction site management and supervision, coordination of teams and suppliers. * Participation in architectural competitions and development of winning proposals. * Coordination with urban planning departments and compliance with relevant regulations. * Management of technical documentation and drawings. * Integration of solutions with CAD (AutoCAD) and BIM tools (highly valued). * Application of AI techniques for process optimization, generative design, or performance analysis, as appropriate. * Monitoring of project timelines, quality control, and change management. Fixed salary \+ variable bonus **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Architecture (Bachelor's/Diploma). * Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architect, with proven track record in construction site supervision. * Proficiency in BIM tools (preferably Revit) and drafting/measurement software (AutoCAD). * Experience with Presto or other measurement and estimation systems is desirable. * Knowledge of AI applications in architecture (AI-assisted design, feasibility analysis, optimization) or strong interest in developing such expertise. * Project management capability, teamwork skills, and excellent communication skills.
