Job Summary: We are seeking a Regional Installation Administrator to manage installer onboarding and training, ensure correct use of applications, and efficiently handle billing and payment processes while proactively anticipating customer incidents. That’s why we need you as a **Regional Installation Administrator**, to carry out activities related to installer onboarding and training, ensuring their knowledge and proper use of available management applications, guaranteeing efficient handling of associated billing and payment processes, and supervising and managing control dashboards to anticipate and prevent potential customer incidents. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- Installation Dashboard Management: * Configuration and review of Measurements / Installations on FS dashboards: Scheduled, Unscheduled, Unsigned, Orders prior to today, Pending budget measurements, Budgets pending processing. * Review of WO linkages between measurement and installation. * Reclaim unscheduled WOs from the store. * Review of overlapping installations. * Review of D+2 manually entered reservations. * Reclaim pending budget measurements from installers. * Alert LIR about stores with automatic settlement without processing. Review order payments at €0.01 in the payment movements to adjust the installer’s correct payment if necessary. * Review RITE dashboard and reclaim from installers. Installer Network Management / Administrative Management: * Onboard and offboard installers in the tool after review with the GR. * Modify installer families and postal codes. Include in Field Service those families requested by the installer for expansion within their company, subject to prior review with the Network Manager. Installer Document Management: * Contract management. * Management of pending documentation requests. * Dokify management and maintenance of up-to-date documentation. * Send automated emails to predefined installers. * Address and resolve installer queries regarding billing and payments to installers or meter readers.
