




We are seeking an experienced **On\-Site IT Support Engineer/Technician** for **freelance, ad\-hoc assignments** within your local area. This contract\-based role is ideal for professionals who prefer flexible, location\-based work. As an On\-Site IT Support Engineer/Technician, you will deliver **Level 1 and Level 2 IT and Networking support**, working with both local users and remote technical teams. Responsibilities include: * Troubleshooting desktop, laptop, and hardware issues * Installing or replacing server and rack components (e.g., hard drives) * Providing console access to routers, switches, and firewalls for remote engineers * Offering dependable on\-site support for various IT infrastructure tasks **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Proven experience in Desktop Support, Customer Service, Incident/Change/Release Management, and Windows OS troubleshooting * ITIL and Windows Server Administration certifications (preferred) * Familiarity with scripting and automation tools * Strong understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, wireless LAN issues, Ethernet configurations, and subnetting * Ability to troubleshoot multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, Windows, and BlackBerry devices Job Type: Contract Pay: 30\.00€ \- 35\.00€ per hour Work Location: In person
