Currently, one of our clients—a company specializing in the manufacturing of mechanical components—requires a milling machine operator to join its team. ### **Responsibilities** * Operate conventional and/or CNC milling machines for part machining. * Interpret technical drawings, tolerances, and specifications. * Prepare the machine: select tools, secure workpieces, and perform setup. * Adjust machining parameters (speed, feed rate, depth of cut). * Perform milling operations (facing, slotting, drilling, contouring, etc.). * Verify part dimensions and quality using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators). * Carry out basic preventive maintenance on the machine. * Identify deviations and correct errors in the process. * Comply with workplace safety and housekeeping standards. * Record production output and report incidents. ### **Requirements** * Technical education in machining, mechanical manufacturing, or related field. * Prior experience as a milling machine operator (minimum 1–2 years, depending on level). * Ability to interpret technical drawings. * Proficiency in using measuring instruments. * Knowledge of materials and cutting tools. * Experience with CNC milling machines (preferred). * Understanding of tolerances and surface finishes. * Attention to detail and precision.
